Jacqui Patterson is director of the NAACP Environmental and Climate Justice Program and co-founder of Women of Color United. In this Academy Town Square, she will discuss how community leaders she’s met across the country are addressing environmental and climate justice as a human and civil rights issue. Her program advocates for the reduction of harmful emissions, greater energy efficiency, and stronger community resilience, especially in low-income urban areas including Philadelphia.

Judy Wicks Book Signing & SBN Happy Hour

Join the Sustainable Business Network (SBN) and Judy Wicks for a networking happy hour and book signing at the Renewal Sustainable Environments' design show room in Wayne, PA. The evening will begin with a short address from Judy, followed by a book signing. Light fare and drinks will be provided.

This is the first of many SBN events in surburban Philadelphia.
