Aloha, green Philadelphians! Lauren Leonard of GreenDrinks South Philly just let us know that her chapter is taking their March 7th event to the 2012 Philadelphia International Flower Show at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 12th & Arch Streets.
For the price of admission ($27), Green Drinkers will receive access to the show floor, lectures, wine and spirits sampling tent and more. This year’s theme is "Hawaii: Islands of Aloha” and the outing will focus on exhibits and designers who apply sustainable concepts and practices to their work. Joining the group at the show will be Shoshanna Wiesner, the winner of GD South Philly’s ticket drawing! All GreenDrinks chapter members are welcome to join this special occasion.

E-Cycle Days at Whole Foods!
We're letting our Green Drinks members know that Whole Foods is having a FREE eCycle Collection on Saturday, February 18th, from 9am - 2pm.
Acceptable items include computers, keyboards, mice, CRTs, monitors, modems, telephone boards, hard drives, floppy drives, phones, fax machines and telecommunication hardware, printers, motherboards, CPUs, memory chips, circuit boards, televisions, connecting wires and cable.
It's first-come, first-serve so please arrive early! When all containers are full, Whole Foods will stop accepting recyclables. Contact these participating Whole Foods Market locations for more details.
