The Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC) is holding their third annual Healthcare and Higher Education Summit this Friday, December 11th, focusing on green building and public health.
This event will consist of two consecutive panels. The first panel will be academic research- and policy-based, focusing on the impact of the built environment on public health. The second will highlight design and development practitioners using green building standards and rating systems to build with occupant health in mind. Together the panels will tie together research and practice with human health and indoor environmental quality.
Last year’s Healthcare & Higher Education Summit drew an audience of almost 200 healthcare professionals, real estate owners/managers, college administrators and facilities professionals, architects, engineers, and professionals from related fields.
